Eric Melin has had a passion for automobiles & motorsports since childhood. At the age of 16, Eric bought his first "kit car" and spent over 400 hours converting it (a Bradley GT2) in his neighbor's dirt-floor garage. After 20+ years in high-tech and working on less interesting things in corporate America, Eric founded AutoMaximizer to further his vision for automotive customizing and concept cars. Eric's clients include Fortune 500 Brands with experience closing 6-figure deals. He has built a team of business and technology executives with a wealth of start-up business experience. Our team has really impressive credentials from top universities and top corporate brands - but we work in a flat, non-hiarchical, non-corporate, primarily-remote & distributed environment. Attorney Tani Chen.

Sc.D. is a Shareholder at Wolf, Greenfield & Sacks, P.C. an Intellectual Property Law Firm in Boston and New York. He is admitted to Practice Law in Massachusetts. He counsels clients in patent prosecution in a wide variety of areas, including batteries and fuel cells, drug delivery, nanotechnology, chemical processes, biomolecular engineering, and analytical devices. He has a particular focus on start-ups and university work and has helped companies develop strong IP protections based on their business goals and potential threats from competitors. Tani received a doctorate in chemical engineering from MIT in 1999 and spent two years as a post-doctoral research fellow at the Center for Engineering in Medicine at Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital. He started working at Wolf Greenfield in 2001 and received his law degree from Suffolk in 2006. In addition, Tani has been active in several business competitions in the area, including mentoring teams for the MIT 100K competition and the MIT Enterprise Forum.


Attorney Raymond B.

Ostroski is a Telecommunications Executive and Chief Legal Officer. He has served as a key executive for multi-million dollar corporations in a highly-regulated industry with Leadership experience in Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Mergers & Acquisitions. Ray has extensive experience representing public and private companies in the telecommunications industry and is particularly skilled in leading successful legal, regulatory and compliance initiatives in environments where accountability is paramount. He has a well-deserved reputation as a trusted advisor to the Board and senior executives and is respected in the Boardroom and at the negotiating table. In all of his corporate roles, Ray is known for reducing legal exposure, mitigating risk, ensuring legal, regulatory and financial compliance and increasing shareholder value. Additionally, his background includes significant involvement in Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate finance (debt & equity) as well as expertise in SEC and SOX compliance. Ray received his Juris Doctor from Temple University Law School where he was named to the Dean’s List. He is a graduate of Wilkes University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences, Summa cum Laude. Ray is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, American Bar Association, American Corporate Counsel Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association and the Federal Communications Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Virginia and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.


James J.

Gattuso CPA is the Owner of The Gattuso Group – a CPA firm in Forty Fort, Pennsylvania. Jim has hundreds of client experiences in previous board roles and thirty-five plus years of public accounting experience demonstrates my passion for governance and leadership. He has a diverse knowledge base that includes operational, financial, and tax expertise and spans multiple industries including, but not limited to, commercial, manufacturing, distributors, real estate, education, and not-for-profit organizations including foundations. Jim’s financial expertise (GAAP, budgeting, cash flow and financial statement analysis, and tax), along with my experience with all facets of start-ups, mergers, sales and acquisitions, and negotiation and communication skillset.


Anthony (Tony).

Papa is Managing Partner and the Automotive & Industrial Practice Leader for NGS Global, a world-leading executive search consultancy organization with 34 offices strategically located across the globe. As a 30+ year industry veteran, C-suite Officer, and former CHRO, for a number of multinational Fortune 500 companies, including Federal-Mogul, Icahn Automotive and The Gates Corporation. Papa led the executive talent attraction, and diversity and inclusion functions to high acclaim through which he successfully recruited hundreds of executives from Director to SVP in all functional and C-suite member roles. He has been featured in several publications, including 'Industry Today' and 'Meet the Influencers.' He serves on regional economic advisory boards and is a guest lecturer and panellist at colleges and universities in greater Detroit, Michigan with Expertise in Global Automotive & Industrial Segments. As a former global F500 Company Officer with significant P&L responsibility and proven track record of achievement, defining and executing strategies that deliver value creation and competitive advantage. He excelled at leading complex strategic, operational, and growth transformation initiatives through his ability to define, create and execute a strategy to deliver financial performance, drive business integrations, mass transformation, cultural change and manage risk. Tony has experience guiding underperforming companies through complex operational turnarounds. He has worked closely with equity holders, lenders, sponsors, boards of directors and investors in all aspects of corporate transactions. His wealth of knowledge and cultural aptitude includes experience in global automotive and industrial markets across private and publicly traded companies from $500M to $8.5B in revenue size. Has held direct or indirect responsibility for strategy, operational, financial, quality, supply chain, human resources, and commercial performance of diverse teams across NAFTA, LATAM, EMEA, APAC. For-Profit Boards & sub-committees incl: Audit, Nominating, Compensation. Tony Led overall governance and compliance programs at several global Fortune 500 Companies inclusive of policy and charter development. Tony has planned and led Investor Relations (IR) stakeholder actions inclusive of Board reviews, public IR calls, roadshows, refinancing obligations & restructuring existing debt to better position companies. Tony has held Board roles in Workforce Windsor Essex, Icahn Humanitarian Fund, Meridian Lightweight Tech, Gates GmbH EMEA BOD, and Federal-Mogul with multi-billion dollar deals.
