The LED light is sealed in epoxy coating to resist damage/corrosion and the lens and housing are sonically welded together to prevent water entry. Package includes one light, chrome colored bracket and plug- everything needed for an easy surface mount install. Light dimensions are 4-1/16" L x 1-1/16" H x 0.5" W. Plug is industry standard 3-prong.
