The gps feature of the dashcam just didn't work. It showed me in the middle of mongolia when i'm in the uk. The customer service seems to be a chatbot & is unable to hold an actual two-way conversation about the problem. I was told this was just a faulty unit so ordered a second one. Sadly it's just the same (except shows me in the canadian wilderness) so the problem is a design error. Was a waste of time overall.
