installation method:
1. Remove the original car's gearshift head
2. Remove the aluminum alloy sleeve at the bottom of the shift head
3. Take the rubber sleeve to fit the size of the gear lever
4. Put the rubber sleeve into the gear lever
5. Put the gear head directly on the gear lever (note, first put the aluminum alloy cover <> on the gear lever)
6. Align the small screws
7. Tighten the hex screws
8. Tighten the aluminum cover upwards
