Loop Recording

The loop recording function makes the dash cam overwrite the oldest videos when the SD card is full, so the dash cam can achieve continues recording. You can set the video file length from 1,2,3min by settings.

Custom Voice Guidance

Q2 dash cam provides many voice guidance. The voice broadcast function helps you know the current status of the dash camera. One example and most important one is letting you know if the impact reaches its set G-sensor level, the camera will lock it, and saves in Emergency Locked Folder.

24-Hours Parking Mode

Q2 dash cam has 24-Hours Parking Mode. It requires continuous power and mini USB Hard Wire Kit (NOT included in package). Please go to amazon.com search B0BFFBD133(recommended) and connect the hardwire kit to you fuse box. This parking mode allows you to record the whole night while you are away.

Here are few Frequently Asked Questions and quick tips to get started:

Q: Camera won't connect to the app and says connection failed?

A:This problem is caused by different cellphone default setting. Please kindly use DVR-N3 APP. If both APPs are not work, please con-tact us directly to get further technical sup-port.

Q: Why the APP won't show the real time recording?

A: The cellular data will cause the live feed not to be viewed. Please disable the "Peztio" cellular data of your cellphone. (Setting→Peztio→Disable the "Cellular Data")

Q: How to activate this dash cam's parking monitoring function?

A: Q2 support 24 hours recording only when it is connected to a mini USB hardwire kit (not included in the package), please go to amazon.com search B0BFFBD133 (recommended) and connect the hardwire kit to you fuse box. (If you don't know how to install the hardwire kit, please ask a professional for help)

Q: Why my car camera is showing "Memory Error" or no saved videos in loop nothing at all?

A: (1) Please purchase a UHS TPYE 3 SD card, recommended SD card for Q2 (support up to 128 GB): please go to amazon.com search: B09B1JFY24 and format the new SD card via the dash cam before use. (NOTE: MEMORY CARD NOT INCLUDED)

(2) Now plug in to the power. The camera will turn ON automatically with voice remind "please format the SD card". Then go to the Peztio APP setting and format the SD card. Peztio APP download and connection please refer to the manual.

(3) If you still get the same memory card error message, then your camera's memory card assembly has become defective. Please reach out to us.

Q: Unable to connect to my Mobile phone? Will not recognize Wi-Fi and does not show up on the list? Unable to format card you keep saying cannot find device or camera not connected?

A: Please reset the camera. Hold the power button for 10-20 seconds and then the camera will be reset. Reconnect the wifi and input the default password: 12345678.
