Q: Why only has the front dash cam display no rear dash cam showing?

Why can not see the images on PC when playback the videos

Q: When playback the videos on pc, just can heard the sound but can not see the images?

A: Solution 1: Please playback the vidoes on camera first to see if can see the images and heard sound. If yes, please checked the player if supports "AVI" format.

Solution 2: Please download a universal player that can support various video formats, especially those that can support playing ”AVI“ format.

Why my dashcam always auto turn on and off or cannot formatting

1. press twice the "menu button" - press "ok button" to choose and enter "Auto power off"- please turn off this function.

2. This front and back dash cam has parking monitor and motion detection function, if you turn these two function on, the car dashcam will auto turn on and starts a 30s emergency recording and then turn off when the internal G sensor detects a shake. To solve this issue, we suggest you turn off the parking mode and motion detection driving and turn it on while you parked car. Then the parking monitor will help you protect your car after your car parked.

3. If you can not formating the SD card, please use the pin package included to poke the "RESET" hole, then formatting again.
