The available distance of the WIFI connection is 9-15ft, and it will be automatically disconnected if out of the range.

We are keep improving our APP. If you have any APP or WIFI issues, please let us know since your satisfaction is our priority.
The initial password is 1234567890, if you forget the password, use a pin insert into REST hole to restore to default settings.
Then disable the cellular connection in your phone network settings for iOS Users to preview playback.

3. If you need the 24H parking mode, Please use DDPAI dedicated hardwire kit ( Search on Amazon Z50 hardwire kit ASIN: B08NQD7GBG ).

The length of the original cable for the rear camera is 18ft, suitable for most types of cars. Note: Extra Free rear cam extension cable is available for user who needed. Please contact DDPAI support team to get it.

4. Storage: 512GB micro SD card Max （SD Card is Not Included ). If you have any SD Card Error issues, please tell us and we will support you to solve them. (Please FORMAT the micro SD card first, Class 10, U3 Speed Micro-SD Card for high resolution Video is required. We recommend use SAMSUNG SD Card.)
