TROUBLESHOOTING
1.Blank Screen
Answer: Reset or restore the default settings.
2. The machine is switched on and off repeatedly (when the memory card is inserted).
Answer: Take out the card. If the machine returns to normal, it may be a problem with the memory card. Please replace the memory card.
3. The recording time setting is 3 minutes, but the recorded clip is only 1 minute or 1 and a half minutes.
Answer: It may be caused by the unstable card speed or the card is broken. It is recommended to replace the SD card.
4. Insert a 64GB card, but the machine does not recognize the card.
Answer: Please insert the card into the machine and use the machine to format the card.
